About Fundraising Forum
The Long Island Chapter of AFP is pleased to present
Forum: a place, meeting, or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged.
Created by fundraisers for fundraisers, Fundraising Forum is a new event presented by the Long Island Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
You talked and we listened! Equipped with feedback from Chapter members, past attendees of Philanthropy Day, and leaders in the non-profit community on Long Island, AFPLI leadership set out to design a fresh, new forum to help fundraisers:
- connect to the resources and contacts they need to be successful,
- engage in meaningful dialogue on important non-profit topics and issues
- exchange views and ideas to help advance the missions of the non-profits they serve
Fundraising Forum will consist of a half day of programming and activities, and will include morning intensives focused on professional development and education, a general session panel featuring some of the sector’s most respected leaders, and networking with peers. CFRE credits will be available.
Whether you are a seasoned professional or just entering the fundraising profession, the Fundraising Forum will be the place to be to take your career to the next level! A new pricing structure for the event will make this an opportunity too good to pass up. For the greatest return on investment, take advantage of the Early Bird Special and register by October 4.
We’re excited about this new event – and we’re confident that you will be too!
