AFP Long Island Presents: Planned Giving Certificate Program Presented by: James E. Meyer, Greco Planning Group via ZOOM

About this Event

Dates: October 14, 21 and 28

Time: 6PM - 8PM

The three day ZOOM course will cover the history of planned gifts, types of gifts that make up the world of planned giving, planned giving sources of information, and setting up and marketing of a Planned Giving Program at various levels. The program is ideal for anyone in, or interested in, the development area within a 501)c)3 organization. You must attend all three, two hour sessions in order to obtain the certificate.

Presenter Bio:

The main instructor is James E. Meyer (Jim), MS Hunter College, MEd Columbia University. Jim has taught Planned Giving at CW Post, Long Island University, Hofstra University, and Molloy College. He has lectured for the AFPLI, the Charitable Estate Planning Council of Long Island, the Nassau CPA Society, The Financial Planning Association, Long Island, the PPGGNY, as well as countless boards and charities.

6 CFRE Credits will be offered

Advanced registration closes 12:00pm October 10, 2020
